Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your email address, timezone, notification preferences, and an encrypted Gmail refresh token so we can read financial patterns from your inbox. We also store structured signals (merchant, amount, due date, summary) derived from email and calendar. We never store full email bodies.

What we do not do

• We do not connect to your bank accounts.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not store raw Gmail or SMS message bodies in our database.

How we use data

Data is used solely to surface upcoming bills, subscriptions, and trials, generate your daily insight, and run subscription audits you request. Processing may use third-party AI (Anthropic) on parsed excerpts only.

Retention & deletion

You can delete all account data at any time from Settings → Delete all my data in the app, which removes your user record and all associated signals and insights from our servers.
